Ashley manages complex investigations for a range of corporate and law firm clients. She specializes in multi-phased and multijurisdictional OSINT/HUMINT projects, with particular focus on U.S.-based litigation support exercises.
Previously, Ashley was a senior investigator at another global risk consultancy, responsible for executing an array of work in commercial and disputes contexts.
Project highlights
- Traced the assets of two prolific US real estate developers, successfully identifying several real properties, as well as indicators of asset dissipation and longstanding financial distress. Further assessed the extent to which any identified assets were encumbered to assist in enforcement and debt recovery proceedings.
- Managed an asset trace into a subject based in the US, Mexico, and Spain to construct a corresponding financial profile in the context of an existing lending relationship.
- Conducted discreet source inquiries related to numerous upstream oil and gas operators across Alaska, Texas, and Canada to assess the scope of their operations, risk exposure in the Middle East and Russia, and ability to fulfill contractual obligations.
