Ashley manages complex investigations for a range of corporate and law firm clients. She has extensive experience leading multi-phased and multijurisdictional OSINT/HUMINT projects, with a focus on U.S.-based litigation support exercises, comprising asset traces, plaintiff/witness profiles, and locates.
Prior to joining Risk Advisory, Ashley was a senior investigator at another global risk consultancy, responsible for executing an array of work in pre-deal, pre-hire, and disputes contexts.
Project highlights
- Traced the assets of two prolific real estate developers in the US, successfully identifying several real properties alongside indicators of asset dissipation and longstanding financial distress. Further assessed the extent to which said assets were encumbered for the purpose of assisting the client in enforcement and debt recovery proceedings.
- Managed an asset trace into a subject based in the US, Mexico, and Spain to construct a profile of their financial standing in the context of an existing lending relationship between our client and the subject.
- Performed discreet source inquiries related to numerous operators in the upstream oil and gas sectors across Alaska, Texas, and Canada to assess the scope of their operations, risk exposure in the Middle East and Russia, and ability to fulfill contractual obligations.
