Maria-Laure Knapp is a Director at Risk Advisory. She has over 20 years’ experience advising organisations and their legal advisers on integrity and reputational risk, including business integrity, human rights and climate-related risk.
Maria-Laure was previously a partner at a global risk consultancy, where she led multidisciplinary teams on integrity due diligence, compliance and investigations across EMEA, including more than five years leading its sub-Saharan Africa practice.Â
She later advised on transaction and market-entry risks at the risk advisory practice of an international law firm, covering financial crime, business ethics, human rights, climate and greenwashing.
Maria-Laure began her career as a finance lawyer at Clifford Chance in London and Paris.Â
